At Universal Traveller, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unused items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
